My approach focuses on the importance of a diet that supports healthy aging.

My goal is to provide practical tools for adopting a balanced and healthy lifestyle, helping people maintain their vitality and well-being as they age.

I have given talks on nutrition and longevity in various spaces,

both for clients and private events. I have collaborated with European skincare brands such as La Premier, Filorga, and Patyka , sometimes alongside medical specialists and other times individually.

I have also participated as a speaker at events and conferences, including Hello Julieta and the International Congress of Lifestyle Medicine (AMMEV) . I have also had the opportunity to teach in-person workshops in Medellín, Monterrey, and Buenos Aires .
